Pixmart offers it's customers to acquire PatchMaker through the authorized Pixmart reseller.
Pixmart forwards your request to the ShareIt Inc. (abbr. ShareIt). ShareIt has representations in the United States, UK, Germany, France and Sweden. ShareIt contact addresses, phones and faxes may be found at http://www.shareit.com/contact_locations.html

If you have questions about placing an order online, ask them at sale(at)shareit.com. ShareIt answers messages in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

ShareIt accepts credit card payments via the secure (encrypted) HTTPS protocol according to the current SSL standard. ShareIt comprehensive payment options include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, check, cash or purchase order, including billing in various currencies. ShareIt accepts

• Visa,
• MasterCard (Eurocard),
• American Express,
• JCB,
• Diners Club,
• Switch and
• Solo.

You can send ShareIt checks to its offices in the U.S. and Europe as well as wire transfer money to local bank accounts in your country.

Pixmart does not get the credit card numbers from ShareIt, so your card number is securely protected by the credit card processor. Instead of it Pixmart gets the order confirmation with the customer contact data.

Why should I wait after payment?

Since Pixmart LLC had a lot of fraudulent orders in the last time we review every order personally and do not trust the automated Activation Code delivery. This may slow down the order processing time up to 48 hours. To speed up the registration and ordering process we suggest you to submit with the Machine Code generated by PatchMaker the following data:

• your name,
• your email address located not on a free server (e.g. yahoo, hotmail etc.),
• company name.

A Note on Returns and Refunds

Please note that since Pixmart provides the Demo version of PatchMaker, self-explaining tutorials, full documentation and customer sales support we do not have a returns policy.
